Refund policy

Please feel free to email info@softcottonshop.com should you have any questions about products before purchasing, or if we can assist you in purchasing a gift for someone.

We accept returns and exchanges if contacted within 14 days of receiving your items. All items must be returned to us in their original and unused condition with original packaging.

To initiate a return, email support@softcottonshop.com with subject titled "Return" or "Exchange" at your earliest convenience. Please include your name, order number and the reason for wanting to return an item in the email body. The order number can be found in your initial email receipt. We'll email you back within one business day with further instructions.

Once items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. In the case of a refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be reimbursed. 

PLEASE NOTE, due to the hand woven nature of many of the products slight variations in dimensions may occur & colour may vary slightly from those shown in the photographs. These are not considered faulty. 

Please note the following exceptions apply to our return and exchange policy:

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• Returned items must please have all original tags & packaging in place. 
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Items will be checked before shipping.  
• The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping & returning items. We reserve the right to decline returns if the items are not in their original packaging and/or show signs of use or damage. If there are signs of damage and/or are not in original packaging, we will return the item/s to you. 
• Refunds for a product bought as a gift can only be given to the original purchaser.
• While all products will be checked before shipping and packaged appropriately, should there happen to be any faulty product or damages, please advise us via the e-mail above within 48 hours of delivery.
